Utility Information
ELECTRIC SERVICE
Residents pay for and initiate electric service provided by PG&E prior to moving in by calling 1-800-743-5000. It is essential that the service start date is the same as the lease start date. Failure to initiate service by the required date will result in a $35.00 administrative charge to process the necessary date correction and bill for any utility consumption during that period.
FIBER OPTIC INTERNET SERVICE
Residents pay for fiber optic internet service provided by Astound. The monthly internet access fee of $40.00
posts automatically to resident accounts on the first of each month and is to be paid with the monthly rent. The Internet connection is ready upon move-in and there is no need to initiate service. There is no option to opt out of this service.
Water and Sewer Service
Residents pay for water and sewer usage billed through
Conservice. Each apartment is equipped with a water sub-meter and an interior display reader for easy monitoring. Monthly usage charges in addition to a monthly service fee that is not to exceed
$10.00, are posted directly to resident accounts. There is no need to initiate water and sewer service as this will be done automatically upon move-in.
